A police station in Busan, South Korea is not only a place where police work, but is now home to a mother cat and her four children. The lovely story of how this police station became their home is an event that police officers share fondly.
The police met the feral cat for the first time after a car crash and sadly, they learned that her newborn kittens had died in the collision.

Out of respect, officers buried stray kittens and cats that were not seen near the police station until a few months later.
For some reason, one day, as Love Meow reports, she returned to the police station with the clear intention of staying. Soon after, the police discovered that she was pregnant again.

When the time came, officers helped her give birth. They prepared a place for her to give birth in the watchtower. In addition, they help cut the umbilical cords for her kittens.

When the kittens were born, everyone at the police station loved them and decided to take care of them at the police station until they were strong enough to be alone. The officers named the mother cat “Molang,” which means “I don’t know.” Apparently the name was fitting because they didn’t know where she came from and how old she was.

However, weeks go by and months and the kittens are still there. Now the furry family lives permanently at the police station. The kittens grew up happy and healthy, and all the police officers adored them. Today, Molang and her kittens accompanied their friends during the service.

They are the first cat police family in Korea, and they try to keep the neighborhood peaceful and clean by occupying only one empty box at a time.
