Some people love animals so much that they spend part of their lives rescuing them. One such caring animal lover is Orawan Kaewla-iat from Thailand. She is known in her community for feeding the stray dogs that wander near her home.

Surprisingly, one of the homeless dogs she feeds every day jokingly thanks her for her generosity; cub Tua Plu brings gifts to Kaewla-iat. Each day he appears with an item in his mouth that he deems worthy of a gift and gives it to her. Every time Tua Plu is hungry, there is a treat in his mouth. For example, he may bring Kaewla-iatu a leaf or a piece of paper.

Locals often joke that Tua Plu tries to exchange his gifts for the food Kaewla-iat gives him, as if he were buying food from her. Whatever his intention is, no one knows. But one thing is for sure: this puppy is smart and cute!

When Kaewla-iat posted a video of Tua Plu on Facebook, the video went viral and people contacted him to adopt him.

Fortunately, Tua Plu and her mother dog found a new home and now Tua Plu can share gifts with her new owner when it’s time for dinner.
